[Dev] So, who are you and where do you live?
[Athena] My name is Kerry Gabbetis, I live in Glasgow, Scotland. My Age = old enough to be ya granny (28) :)))).

[Dev] How long have you been playing Online games for and how since you first start?
[Athena] About 4 yrs online, played with the usual consoles before that since I was very young

[Dev] What current clan(s) do you play for?
[Athena] Tortured Souls - RA3, CTF. Inferno Q3DM

[Dev] Does any of those have any other females in their?
[Athena] Yep, RA3 practises most nights of the week. Plus Inferno have Guini (Momi Admin (c)athie)

[Dev] Anychance I could pinch some of the phone numbers?
[Athena] Haha shove it :)

[Dev] Is it hard being a girl in quake3, with mostly guys around you?
[Athena] No!
[Dev] Well cheers for that large answer, this will fill up the whole interview :P

[Dev] Has anyone tried to chat u up online, if so can i have the log?
[Athena] Yes some people have tried to chat me up online, but they can go jump. Im afraid i dont have any logs. One person who tried to chat me up was Bigfoot. He says stuff like - Come round and tuck me in, make my berakfast and meet me in the shower etc... As he only lives 5 mins down the road.

[Dev] Have you ever been offended in a game because of your gendre?
[Athena] The odd time you get an idiot on a server having a go, usually acting cockey or being abusive

[Dev] Remembers back to when the whole of clan spanky changing there names to WeLuvYouAthena, on a public ra3 server
[Athena] Rofl yes, most ppl I know online or who know me know when not to cross the line

[Dev] Do you think that peoples opinion may change about woman playing games after reading this l33t interview?
[Athena] I doubt it tbh :), I think a lot of it has to do with how females behave online and why they are there in the 1st place.

[Dev] Do you fancy yourself to be the best female quake3 player, or best lookign quake player in the uk? :)))
[Athena] I can hold my own when it comes to Quake :) as for being good looking, Im GINGER (like q50). Besides what u look like does't make u good/bad player or respected etc..

[Dev] Do you find that you get more attention fo rbeing female?
[Athena] Well I guess females get more attention online than blokes yes, it's not asked for. Certainly not by me

[Dev] so would you rather be a bloke? or do you like the attention?
[Athena] Would I rather be a bloke? hell no thanks. Do I like the attention - no. I dont really like being the centre of attention tbh, it's not a popularity contest.

[Dev] Do you think that being female that you manage to have that edge on the 'Professional Side' of gaming i.e. running tournaments
[Athena] On the pro side of gaming (Athena thinks for a sec). Ive had a lot of publicity in the press, simply because Im female. The media seem to prey on us for some reason its not all about how good you play tho is it. It's about your attitude in general, if you are positive about your play and confident in general then it helps. I run leagues etc.. because I enjoy it

[Dev] Do ya think fatality might be a girl trapped in a mans body because of his 'tiger' doll?
[Athena] Absolutely :). That was kinda cute showing his femanine side :p

[Dev] Would you say that Sujoy takes longer to do his hair then you?
[Athena] deffo

[Dev] dunno how he does it, its that quiff innit
[Athena] I wash mine and thats it, I dont put a ton of crap on

[Dev] Can you say anything in l33t.. ?
[Athena] Prolly not, I'd need ages to think about it :). 'cs sucks'

[Dev] Do you like badgers if so or if not why?
[Athena] no comment :)

[Dev] Do you believe that 'm00f' is a good name for 'sheep' mascott?
[Athena] Be fine if it were for a cow, so no!

[Dev] Can you leave us with some words of wisdom for any females in the future thinking of playing games online?
[Athena] How can I say something which wont sound retarded :)

[Dev] How abourt girl powah or sommit?
[Athena] Girl Power is spice girls shite :o, Quake is more exciting than makeup :) (*honest*)

[Dev] Anything else to say before we take you outside and shoot you?
[Athena] Not very poetic is it :), I dunno really, be yourself, play Quake cos u enjoy it
